A while ago I saw #FindItEverywhere

It inspired me to find love everywhere and without a doubt I started to find a ❤️ everywhere, whether it was within food, a stain, a droplet shaped heart, e.t.c.
Around the world people suffer with mental health everyday, but fail to realise, happiness is just absence of misery, that’s all, once you stop creating misery you are happy.

For anyone who is suffering mentally or physically, remember..

You are a masterpiece – unrepeatable, incomparable, utterly unique.
Respect yourself, love yourself, because there has never been a person like you and there never will be again.

Life is beautiful, a gift, if you choose to see it that way. The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself.

Looking at beauty in the world, is the first step of purifying the mind.
Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t)

No meditation, no life.

Know meditation, know life.

Finding these hearts everywhere each day reminds me that, whatever you feel you become, it is your responsibility.
